Our high-strength liquid filter magnetic separator is designed to operate in pressurized transmission lines to provide protection against ferrous and paramagnetic pollution.

The housing includes a container, a magnetic cover assembly, and a band clip to fix the device together.

There are two types of filters, single-walled and double-walled (heated pipes with jacket).

The filter can be used for any pipeline processing liquids of all viscosity levels and can be installed at any angle from vertical to horizontal. The common installation location is the loading and unloading operation of the oil tanker to check the incoming and outgoing materials. Filters can be provided to suit various throughputs, pressures, temperatures and specifications.

Clean

To clean, simply loosen the quick-release belt clip, remove the contaminated ink cartridge from the housing, and remove the magnetic core from the tube assembly. All attracted pollutants can be easily removed for inspection or further analysis.
